We have a wonderful Aquarius New Moon January 21st,2023 just in time to kick off our projects and goals for the year! Ideas abound during this time and more brains are always better than one. This New Moon happens in Aquarius which rules groups, organizations, friends, hopes, dreams, and wishes. You can’t ask for better than that to get you started on what you want to create this year. So make a wish and get talking with people that may have an interest in your projects or goals and they will have amazing ideas for you or be able to help you figure out how to get going and be successful. New Moons rule beginnings and this energy landing at about 1 1/2 degrees of Aquarius will put the wind in your sails to get you started on your journey. Anyone with planets at 0 to 5 degrees of Libra, Gemini, Aquarius, Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius OR 27 to 29 degrees of the other signs of Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn, Cancer, Scorpio or Pisces will feel this influence the strongest but everyone of every sign will get a boost to their creative juices and energy to start their journey. Any thing that aides humanity as a whole or is good for others will especially shine right now. While usually we start something at the very beginning of the year on the first, this year you can really add to your success to wait until this heavenly New Moon on Jan 21st because the surrounding energy will be even more supportive of your efforts then on Jan 1st this year. This is because Mercury and Mars are moving backwards on Jan 1st but will be going forwards again by the 21st to help us with communications, initiative, and the drive to get the ball rolling and build momentum. January 1st through the 18th we would be better to research and make plans while Mars and Mercury are still in retrograde motion and not able to be as supportive to us for acting on those plans just yet. Then on this New Moon spring into action and see how fast the universe rushes to show you that the world is your oyster!
The New Moon in Aquarius is supported nicely by Jupiter (the planet of luck and prosperity) putting a lucky charm on any projects or activities that get started at this time by making a sextile to the New Moon and Sun. Jupiter wants us to have success and supports our efforts above what we even imagined! How the planets align when we start something new is important in boosting success. Adding to the luck and joy, Jupiter is also sending happy loving vibes to Mars right now too! The universe really wants us to see success in what we want right now by allowing us to get more of what we want. Things will feel much easier and naturally will work out in your favor. Wow!
